The ALP Industrial REIT is the first USD-denominated security to list and trade on the Nairobi Securities Exchange as of 11 March 2026. Up to 45 million units at one dollar each, with a minimum of 80% of distributable income paid to unit holders. ALP retains a long-term stake as a promoter. The REIT sits within the NSE Sustainable Finance Centre of Excellence — a certified green issuance.
